Audiology Associates Hearing Center is committed to your health and safety as the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread. We are monitoring the CDC and WHO websites and taking all necessary precautions.
Our offices remain open and we are continuing to care for patients in our community by appointment only. Please call our office or visit our website for scheduling. At this time, we are offering in-office appointments and curbside service for cleanings, repairs and supply pick-ups for patients who do not want to come inside. We will also mail supplies for patients in assisted living or care facilities and will schedule a weekly drop-off of supplies as needed. Please call ahead so that we can be prepared.
We are taking every precaution necessary to maintain a safe environment for our staff and patients. In-office appointments will be scheduled to accommodate one patient at a time. We are wiping down surfaces between each patient and following CDC recommendations. Office or curbside visits can be scheduled as long as patients are not exhibiting symptoms of coronavirus, have a known exposure to a patient with confirmed coronavirus or are under self-quarantine.
The current situation is very fluid and continues to change. Patients are encouraged to check the following resources for up-to-date information on COVID-19, including how to best keep yourself safe and what you should do if you suspect that either you or a family member may have fallen ill with this virus.
Please note, we CANNOT perform on-site testing for coronavirus at any of our offices. Please contact your primary care physician, Urgent Care, local health department or your local emergency room if you:
- Have a fever, cough or cold/flu like symptoms, or symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g., cough or shortness of breath)
- Have been exposed to someone that has been diagnosed with coronavirus or someone who has had contact with anyone under quarantine for the virus
