Please keep in mind that while many policies cover hearing tests, they do not cover the cost of hearing aids or hearing aid related services. It is your responsibility to understand the benefits and exclusions from your insurance policy. If you are a Medicare patient, you are required to obtain a written referral from a physician. This referral can be faxed to us at 530-272-4120.
